ABOUT JEFF Daniel clark

Former FBI Special Agent

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Clark was a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He spent over seven years working in the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division and was the lead case agent on numerous complex investigations involving drug trafficking, money laundering, and civil and criminal asset forfeiture. Mr. Clark brings a deep investigative approach to each of his cases and his federal law enforcement experience uniquely positions him to help clients facing federal criminal charges or who have been harmed by the government.

Mr. Clark has been a Texas Certified Public Accountant for over twenty years. Prior to his career with the FBI, Mr. Clark had an extensive career in the corporate business sector where he held positions as a hedge fund analyst, a corporate controller, and as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded biotechnology corporation. Mr. Clark’s extensive financial, accounting, and investment expertise make him a highly-knowledgeable advocate for clients seeking monetary compensation for their injuries and for clients facing white collar criminal charges and SEC investigations.
